At Breaking Branches Health & Fitness, we take a holistic approach to health, integrating the mind, body, and spirit into our wellness practices. 


Whether you want to move more, build strength, increase energy, lose weight, sleep better, stress less, reduce fall risks, or live independently in your home, we’ll guide you every step of the way.


We work with individuals, senior centers, people with disabilities, and community organizations using evidence-based, holistic health and fitness practices. 


Our mission is to help people feel supported, strong, and confident in achieving their health and wellness goals through packaged plans or individual fitness and yoga classes, line dancing, personal training, health coaching, wellness seminars, and social connections with like-minded people.
