At Breaking Branches Health & Fitness, we take a holistic approach to your health by incorporating the mind, body, and spirit into our wellness practices. We start by creating a welcoming, safe space for all people, especially those who don't feel comfortable in traditional gym settings. 


Our mission is to meet you where you are and help you feel strong, confident, and full of life by supporting you in achieving your health and wellness goals. We’ve tossed aside the one-size-fits-all approach by personalizing fitness plans tailored to your individual needs and goals. We provide personal training, health coaching, yoga, fitness and dance classes, and opportunities to connect with other, like-minded along the journey.
